AgriSMART Task Monitor produces accurate work records and basis for invoicing in an accurate manner without need for driver's attention. The foundation for reliable and accurate work records is merging of GPS data with measured working state of the machine. For the measurement we have developed an easy to install sensor installation kit. This data is collected automatically which frees driver from taking notes to more valuable tasks and produces more accurate work records which are less prone to errors. This reliable information can be used as basis for invoicing or field records. In a real time view this information is useful for supervision of work.
The data is collected from agricultural machinery to a server and will be loaded automatically to Task Monitor software installed in customer's PC. All this happens in the background without need for user interference. In the analysis software user can view the recorded data of individual machinery on the map or generate reports of the performance of duties. Benefits

The collected data can be viewed by date on the map for example. In this picture a mower conditioner equipped with an easy-to-install sensor has mowed a field. Green indicates work and blue transfer. The easy-to-install sensor equipment makes it possible to provide accurate reporting of the performance of duties. In this case the mower conditioner has mowed area of two hectars which belongs to 5.4 hectar partfield. This operation has taken 20 minutes of time. This kind of information can be used as a basis for invoicing or field records. In real time this view gives a good general view of ongoing tasks to a foreman.
